(Director/Egeus - D.G. Menchetti Young Shakespeare Program) A semi-recent transplant from Southern California, Ms. Calhoun-Fitts comes to the D.G. Manchetti Young Shakespeare Program with vast experience both on stage and behind the scenes. Seen as the Nurse in last summer’s Young Shakespeare version of Romeo and Juliet, she currently teaches theater workshops for both the LTSF InterACT Program (in conjunction with Nevada Shakespeare Company) and Wild Horse Productions. She is also an Executive Board Member/Announcer for Northern Nevada’s first flat-track Roller Derby League, The Battle Born Derby Demons, and she creates crocheted hats and accessories for a variety of local boutiques…and this is in her spare time.
